By 2028, GAMTOL will have performed accumulated sales in its services of 5 million dollars, through project supervision and/or control contracts, new constructions and/or home remodeling.

Felix Gamez Toloza - Onwer

With a professional career of more than 17 years in the construction sector in his country, Engineer Félix Franyiv G. has managed to position himself as one of the most outstanding specialists in planning, scheduling of activities and resources, budgeting, monitoring and control of housing and urban projects. He began his professional career in 2006 at the Industrial University of Santander, making up the technical cost team for the studies and designs of the Integrated Mass Transportation System (IMTS) of the Bucaramanga metropolitan area, in the GEOMATIC RESEARCH GROUP, MANAGEMENT AND OPTIMIZATION OF SYSTEMS of the UIS University. During the years 2008 to 2022, he strengthened his professional profile, contributing his knowledge and experience to nationally recognized companies, such as the housing construction company MARVAL S.A. engineering consulting company INGETEC S.A., and construction company URBANAS S.A. In all these companies he contributed from the management of planning, to execution and control of projects. He provided advice for the approval of the detailed task plan DTP of the Canoas wastewater lifting station project, entered into with the EE CANOA consortium of the multinational MOTA ENGIL, and participated in monitoring and time control in this important project, for the decontamination of the Bogota River. In 2023, he worked from Colombia, as technical director for the management of remodeling projects in Miami, Florida.

Currently, he is providing his professional services and experience to the TACTUK Construction Company, located in Dominican Republic.

Fernando Sterling Rojas - Partner

I am Fernando Sterling Rojas, Businessman in the tourism and hotel sector of Colombia. With 20 years of business experience, I have had the opportunity to build and develop several hotels in different regions of the country, such as: Hotel Maranatha in the city of Pitalito - Huila, with a capacity of 20 rooms; Britania 1, Britania 2 and Shaday hotels, located in the city of Bucaramanga - Santander, with a capacity of 30, 30 and 35 rooms, respectively; Hotel Sterling, located in the city of Cucuta – Norte de Santander, with a capacity of 61 rooms. I have also been involved as a capitalist partner, in the construction of protection works to mitigate the risk of flooding and undermining.
